The Lithuanian Vegetable Producers Association (hereinafter - the Association) respects the right to privacy of all visitors to the website http://www.ldaa.lt (hereinafter - the Association's website) and undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and their rights as data subjects.

- To provide you with the latest and relevant information about the activities of the Association;

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS AND APPEALS
In order to exercise the above rights, you may submit a written request to the Association by post, electronically (by connecting to the Association's website; by e-mail: http://www.ldaa.lt). The request must state: the person's name, place of residence, contact details and information on which of the above rights he or she wishes to exercise and to what extent.
The Association will provide a response to your Application no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Application. In exceptional cases, requiring additional time, after notifying the Association, we will have the right to extend the deadline for submission of the requested data or examination of other requirements specified in your Application up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of your application.

VALIDITY OF THE PRIVACY POLICY AND CHANGES
This Privacy Policy is reviewed at least every two years. Upon updating the Privacy Policy, the Association will inform you of any material changes that the Association deems necessary by posting a notice on the Association's website. If you use the content provided by the Association after the publication of such notice, we will consider that you agree to the new requirements set forth in the update.
